Great Cake-off 2025
It’s time to get baking and show Oswestry what you can make!
To celebrate Oswestry Food and Drink Festival, we’ll be holding a Great-Cake-Bake-Off on Sunday July 6th.
Choose from one of the categories below and bring along your mouth-watering creation between 11am and 1pm to enter your cake!
At 2pm on 6th July at OMH, we’ll have our own special bake-off style judges come along and select winners in the 3 categories.

Your choice, a delicious traditional Victoria Sponge, or maybe a spectacular rainbow layered cake… lets see what you are made of !
Patisserie
A delightfully light pasta del nata, or a sweet fruit tart, it’ll be melt-in-your-mouth and beautifully presented
Children’s cupcake decoration
Under 12’s can come along between 11am and 2pm on Sunday July 6th and decorate our specially home-made ginormous cupcakes.
